Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before dispatch by calling or messaging us on WhatsApp.
Damaged plants
If plants arrive damaged, share photos within 24 hours of delivery and we will replace them or refund the amount.
Refunds
Approved refunds are sent back by UPI within 5–7 working days.
Not covered
Plants damaged due to improper care after delivery are not eligible for refund.
